Environmental Policy

It is PetroTechnik's policy to fully comply with the relevant environmental legislation applicable in all the countries where it operates.

In doing so PetroTechnik will also ensure that its product design meets all environmental standards and practices in those countries to which its products are supplied.

PetroTechnik not only fully recognise its responsibilities to its employees and customers but also to the community at large, wherever it operates or its products are supplied.

PetroTechnik will pay particular attention to the full recycling of its products within cost and quality constraints.

The Environmental Monitoring Committee within PetroTechnik will meet quarterly and report to the Board any incidents or occurrences which have had, or might have had, environmental implications.

In the case of incidents that have serious environmental implications, a report, together with the recommendations for preventing a re-occurrence, will be submitted immediately to the Board.

The Environmental Monitoring Committee, through its quarterly reports, will advise the Board of any development or changes in the Environmental Legislation affecting the company, its products, its employees or its customers.

Following the issue of the quarterly reports from the Environmental Monitoring Committee, the environmental policy of PetroTechnik will be reviewed and, if appropriate, modified accordingly.
